Well established equity and options analysis firm looking for part time appointment setter and sales & marketing assistant. Potential for full time for the right person. We enjoy an excellent reputation and a large percentage of the market share. You will be introducing a suite of web based products that are extremely specialized and where competition is limited.
SCOPE: Must have high quality organizational skills and the ability to manage lead generation processes. A great location and comfortable work environment. Manage existing potential client lists, initiate soft calls to gain interest and also set up appointments. Follow up, log information and track progress. Maintain the data base on a daily basis. Including social marketing initiative, Twitter, LinkedIn, Face book, blogs, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have references, well organized, high energy, and the ability to execute multiple assignments in order to stay on schedule. The ideal applicant must be responsible and resourceful, and most importantly a team player.
SKILL SET REQUIRED: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and an excellent phone presence. Power point not mandatory but helpful.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, Base with commission and bonus.
